CAPTCHA verification missing from the Vin Decode Page
The VIN Decoder on this page does not work: https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/vindecoder.php When you press Decode, it says "You did not complete the CAPTCHA verification properly. Please try again." but there is no CAPTCHA verification prompt on the first page!
