Caught this 91 vert at O'Reilly's.

 

Saw this at the Cruising Ocean city in MD.


Was sitting near the coastal highway.




A group of fbodys had gotten together at 711 and this pulled up driving right passed us. He fueled up and drove away.

 

Spotted this 84 Z28 today!

 

Love that color combo & its an HO car, nice & original.

 

I passed this sharp looking 86 a few times last year going the opposite direction. Then, on the way to work, I saw it parked this week in the neighborhood so I took this pic. I was planning to stop and talk to the owner and next day it was gone.

 

Yeah it appears to be all original, and a local car, the Sutliff logo is the Chevy dealership around here and that's the original font logo they had in the 80's so the car was never repainted either! Wish it wasn't sitting out in the rain!

 

Yeah, but at least they're not afraid to drive it.

 

A dealer has had this for at least a couple years now. He drives it regularly but looks like he is selling it now.

Saw this one yesterday. It was in "okay" condition with an obvious repaint, but the interior looked pretty good when I walked past it.

 

Shame, if what I read on NastyZ28 is correct, dark green-gray is the rarest colour offered in 1992 on this RS in a Largo, Fla. LKQ.

 

Wonder if there are any good parts left on it. Maybe I'll go check it out.

 

Why am I attracted to cars which look like this?

 

Because they are diamonds in the rough, and we see their true potential!!!

 

Maybe because it's so far left of what you have, it balances you out. Sure wouldn't be any pressure to detail the exhaust for 2 weeks!

 

That's Some Bad Paint Deterioration For A 1992,I'd Like To Know What State This Car Lived Most Of It's Life,I've Seen 1982 Daily Drivers With Original Paint That Looked Better Than That.

 

In the pic, body looks straight, I only see surface rust where the sun burned up the paint, which might mean that it spent it's life in a state which kept the undercarriage fairly spotless, super rare color, I mean if it runs........

I think I'd scrub the hood and roof with a water/CLR mixture, clear it and drive it.

 

Good parts car at this point. Its a shame somebody wouldn't at least park it in the shade. Im thinking the hot sun got this one.

Pulled up behind an SC yesterday, clicked off a couple of shots.

 

This has been parked at a large construction project in the Madison, WI area for the past two days. I looked inside and the mileage was 35,000. Very clean and appears well taken care of.

 

Not sure if this counts, but it is a blue IROC and it was in a parking lot, parked almost directly across from me. I'm sure shows don't count, but I wanted to brag about my first car show....

that man has hearing problems.

its even better if you find it on street view.There are few people here who found their own cars on street view....heck I remember one found himself working on his car

 

Saw this in the super market parking lot. I parked and waited for the guy to come out. 1985 all original with less than 15k. 1 owner car, TPI, and those gatorbacks. He thinks the louvers are original but not sure if it was a dealer option. Absolutely beautiful!

 

Wow that's nice and it's an 86!!! It has the CHMSL on the top of the rear hatch. The rear window louvers were a factory option for 1986! Those original ones sell for like $400-$500 now.

BTW, it's an '86 and those aren't Gatorbacks.

It would look so much better with new center caps.

Yeah the guy was an older gentlemen and he said he just bought the car a few months back from the original owner, he paid 12k. He seamed a little confused and was in a hurry. I was just so amazed to see this at my local grocer that I did not take a close look.

 

It's definitely a really clean, maintained, original looking car! Great find!

 

There are not very many thirdgens in my area, but this car has been on base driven by an older lady for the last fifteen years or so.

 

she has a good taste in cars but what's with those rims?

 

What is the closest to a Gatorback that we can buy now? Looking for similar tread pattern and "sticky" factor. My tires are rock hard and spin without trying, kinda sucks and is pretty unsafe.

So I see this today while picking up my 2014 Silverado from the service dept...and I'm walking outback and my jaw drops....a 1992 RS Z03 Real Heritage Edition with...wait for it...wait for it....4K ORIGINAL MILES!!!! Don't know who's it is, never see it around before, but it was all around absolutely perfect!!!

 

What a beauty. White with red stripes and a red interior. Perfection

 

Almost drove past this one today, but got a quick drive by pic! Spotted in Pottsville PA.
