I have the GM chrome ones....

They look real nice in my engine bay (IMO)... they compliment the polished plenum...

In the box

On the car (plenum isn't polished in this pic)
If you can imagine the plenum and runners polished to an almost chrome like shine... I will get pics soon....

Cant see them that well, but this style matches the ridges in the plenum, and fuel rail.

I actually had those before the ones I've got now. I liked them, but one of them broke right in the reinforced area around one of the bolt holes.

go to www.asaperformance.com

I got the flamed centerbolt aluminum valve covers for ~$72...I was pretty impressed when I got them...they aren't polished, but would look great with polishing and painting the flames...

For the price...a good deal.

Can you snap a better pic of those valve covers? I don't have a digital camera, otherwise I would...and unfortunately, the pics on the ASA website aren't great either...

TIA,

I'm partial to the non-descript look. These are from an LT1 Vette.

I ordered the Valve cover from the GM performance parts catalog.
Yes, the valve cover are chrome.
The runners are the large tube polished units from AS&M, but they look just like chrome.

Go here for the centerbolt ones with the red bowtie:

http://www.gmpartsdirect.com/perform...ATID=1044.html

I can't find a price on their site so I'm waiting on a reply via
e-mail.

Re: best looking valve cover?

Back from 13 years being dead.
B & M 2 piece aluminum. I have 2 sets, 1 stamped B & M one with no stamp, both are ribbed & look killer on a TPI engine.

Re: best looking valve cover?

I dont have a pic, but i love my Corvette magnesium TPI valve covers. kinda hard to find, and i found out the hard way they dont hold polish. I spent a week doing it and after a year theyre going back to natural color magnesium
