Are we still on for this Saturday?

 

I'm planning on making it on Saturday in Wilsonville if the weather holds out. Should be cool and clear on Saturday. I'll keep an eye out for the 3rd gen cars.

 

Was out on Friday by the Columbia River.. Nice day.

Yes, for the most part. In 1996 I had "sun spots" said the paint shop, forming on roof and hood on drivers side close to wind shield. They said caused by the metalic paint reflecting back through clear coat. They fixed and had to blend area on roof and hood. Since 1999 its been garaged with cover and driven a few weeks during spring. Family owned for 30 years. Dad brought it home on May 5th, 1986. I got it in 1992.

 

Here is a pic from 5-5-86 with Dad and with me putting Armor All on the new tires. I'm 23 years old. The sticker is still in the window. Thought I would share.

Sorry for late reply.... Was wrapped up in home project and could not make it. I'm still interested in a gathering in a local area where we can all meet. I hope people outside the PDX area can arrange to make it. I'm open to suggestions on where and when if anyone is interested.

 

No worries. I have a tune scheduled for the car on the 20th of this month. So I'd be up for pretty much whatever after the engine is tuned.

 

Was out for a drive. Quick $20 bucks of clear premium-non ethanol fuel and a cruise thru town.
