C5 Z06 Setup

Rear:
Stock C5 Z06 Wheels (18x10.5)
Toyo Proxes TQ drag radials
315/35R18
LS1 width Strange S60 (2" wider per side)
Grinding needed on control arms.
Bashing needed on inside front of body.
Rolled fenders, but tires probably won't ever go up that high.

Front:

1LE spindle/hub setup from BBU.com (about 1" wider per side)
3.5" wheel studs
1.25" spacers used (ideally need 1.375 and longer studs/use spacer with secondary studs)
Only 5.5 threads of engagement
Slightly ground strut bracket and tie rod end edge to clear wheel weights

Lowered 1/2 - 1 inch with weight jacks.

Re: C5 Z06 Setup

Looks good with your exterior color. Before you go hacking your stock pieces just look into a set of tubular lower control arms. Founders sells them for the lowest amount. Until you do a mini tub tubular LCA should work fine... If not you would need to look into custom stuff.
There is some good information in this thread: https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/fabr...-out-poor.html

Re: C5 Z06 Setup

I agree with the color combination. The stock LCAs are boxed, and it was really just the flanged portion that needed clearance, so no big deal. If they weren't already boxed I would definitely just buy founders set.

Looks good. Expect pictures Saturday of mine a little lower with the panhard bar lowering brackets installed.

Looks great!! As said, that color looks fantastic, especially with the rims.

Re: C5 Z06 Setup

Thank you.

Unfortunately I got the wrong U-bolt with my panhard bar lowering kit, so I am not finished yet. Hopefully Wednesday I'll get it finished up.
