Those look like 4th gen possibly. I have some NOS Z28 ones still in the package & they look a little different

I'll double check, but I'm almost positive these are for third gen firebirds. I believe they were manufactured in 1989 or 1990. But i'll double check when I get home tonight.

They were part of a parts package that me and my friend acquired when we bought a 91 Formula from a guy who worked at a GM dealer. All of the parts he included with the car were for third gens and from the dealership he worked at so maybe they fit third and 4th gens then?
