Hate to have to rain on your parade buuuut you can't trust amazon reviews wholly anymore. There are dozens if not hundreds of "secret" amazon review groups that you can join. You have to be invited but once you're a part of it there are tons of sellers with products they would like reviewed. You message the seller and say you're interested in X product(s) to review. They give you a special code or number or message to put in a box at checkout. You purchase the product from them and "review" it (some groups or sellers require you leave a 5 star review and others it's just 3 or more) and then they turn around and refund your purchase after the review is posted. You keep the merchandise. My wife had received well over $1000 worth of merchandise before Amazon ousted her. I got her to join a car/mechanical/tool group at the end, they were offering stuff like fuel injectors, LED car and garage lighting, Soldering tools, basic hand tools, basic automotive test equipment. Probably a safe bet that this scanner has dozens of fake reviews.
