Can't read the timing tabs.....getting old

Or is this an accurate picture of my timing tab? I can see the arrows just fine.
Okay so I installed my ZZ4 intake on my 85 Z28 and went through the normal routine of setting the timimg on the stock carb/ignition system. However, I was having very difficult timing reading the numbers on the timing tab. Please varify for me that the 3 arrows on an oem timing chain cover are +4/0/-4. Thank you in advance for your time to respond. By the way, I have an appointment tomorrow at the VA Eye Clinic.

Regards,

Use a dial back timing light, then all you need to see is the big V-groove.
