GM called it "Medium Sand Gray".

 

Hmmm - all I'm finding is silver, charcoal, and medium doeskin.

 

Color code should be 60 (Sandstone Gray, Medium Sand Gray, or whatever else different vendors/sources want to call it). I don't see anything that looks close though on Hawk's, or RockAuto. Apparently it was also used on 1983-84 Camaros, but it's likely just not a color that they deemed popular enough to reproduce. I'd probably just request a bunch of samples and just go with whatever looks closest, matching up to an unfaded section of your original carpet (under a seat, behind a kick panel, etc.).

 

Thanks - I found a headliner with the correct color. You may be right about the carpet color not being reproduced. With what's left, I think silver is the closest match. I took a picture of the carpet on my door interior panel for comparison. What do you think?

 

I just found the color on Stock Interiors website. They are the only ones that sell the ACC carpet in that color. Thanks again for the info.

 

I ordered the sandstone as well thinking it was correct, way off! Does not match at all. It is brown. I ordered a bunch of samples just to verify and they shipped the correct one, sample photos are deceiving
