Re: Hedman headers and exhaust !!!!SOLD!!!!!!!
true dual 3in exhaust and headers. Exhaust comes with 4in dynomax race mufflers. This came off my 88 firebird with a LS motor. It cleared with stock k member and aftermarket crossmember for 700r4. Ground clearance was about 2.5in with 2in eibach lowering springs. Headers are hedman mid length with heat wrap 1 7/8 primaries and 3in collectors. Exhaust was done last year around July. Maybe 50 miles on exhaust exhaust has one O2 bung on driver side. Headers are about 4 years old. Installed those when I did my swap. Asking 650 for everything obo. Local pickup.

Re: Hedman headers and exhaust
Any idea if this would work with a T56/aftermarket crossmember?
Really like this setup, looks like a really well put together system, just not sure if it would work with my planned LQ9/T56.
Thanks
Andrew

Re: Hedman headers and exhaust
Wish I could give you a definite answer. I don't know for sure if it will clear the crossmember. I cant see why it would not clear, they look pretty similar. Just depends on how low the t56 crossmember sits compared to 700.

Thanks for the reply, and honesty! Going to do a little research and see what I can find out.
Re: Hedman headers and exhaust
Nice system - if I was local I'd take it - BTW, how did it sound? was it super loud?
I may try to fab up a system like it - what is the P/N of those mufflers?

Re: Hedman headers and exhaust
It it was pretty loud yes. At first I did not install the mufflers and it was really raspy. I did not like how it sounded when on the throttle. I installed the little mufflers and it did not quiet it down but it did get rid of rasp. It sounded awesome. I cannot remember the PN to mufflers but I bought them from summit. If you look up dynomax race mufflers they should pop up.

Re: Hedman headers and exhaust
Definitely interested, but I'm in Texas... if you find a way to ship them let me know. I'd be interested in the whole set or just the headers.
