I am trying to use this diagnostic tree I got off another post on here after I started getting an occasional code 13. I've gotten as far as the "flashing open loop" part.
I tried to start car with the ALDL grounded and it wont start. It only cranks. If I start it then ground the ALDL the CEL blinks once then goes out.
Anyone have any advice?
