Re: throttle posision sensors

Yes or get an adaptor

If I remember, the LT1, truck TBI, and maybe even the LS1 use the same TPS. Thirdgen TPI and TBI TPS I believe are the same and that adaptor should work.

Re: throttle posision sensors

TBI TPS--three wires in-line, or three in a triangle/circular connector.

Re: throttle posision sensors

The original had triangle plug and on bck side had slot connecting it to the tbi.
One i put on has three in row and no connection on back.
I installed it and since wires were same color cut triangle off and hooked them up.
Well that did.nt work.when i hit starter it turned little bit then went clunk. So i stopped right there.
Now what?

THAT part doesn't sound like a TPS problem to me.
