This has baffled me to be honest. Promised payment on the 7th, finally paid on 12th. As many know a hurricane hit NC directly late Thursday night and we’re now experiencing record flooding. I’m a UPS driver, we were called in early Thursday and still have not gone back to work. Nothing has moved as far as mail, UPS or Fedex since last Wednesday. I explained the situation and promptly issued a refund when asked. Now he’s upset because PayPal doesn’t return his money right away, I have no control over that.
