Would anyone be interested in a LA meet sometime over the summer or something? I am in the Baton Rouge area, however i am willing to drive a litttle to a central meeting spot. I mean after all i just made a trip to houston for their meet.

on account of you driving SO far.....if you had a "meet" I'd drive out there for it. However, seeing as how the Houston Gatherings are kindof a bi-annual thing.....there's probably going to be the Houston Thirdgen Gathering III in August/late July.

Man I would be so down for making the trip dude. It was fun with you out in houston I wish you couldve stayed and chilled with us longer.

But I have a problem, this summer ill be taking summer school. Which means Ill be in lubbock. I dont know if Ill be able to make the drive from there to louisiana or not. Will cost a lot in gas. Also I am going to be working almost full time during the summer.

Maybe I can come out there if you guys do something over a holiday when I am home in Houston, like spring break or the christmas holidays. If something is going on during the summer though, let me know about it and Ill look into it. Hell maybe I can just fly out there and check ou the cars (I fly for free)

yes!!!so far we have a whopping turnout of 3 people!!! and two cars if adam flies. man im getting pumped up about our high turnout.

its looking like maybe end of july-early august. is this good for everyone. in fact, everyone post the dates that would be best/worst for them, and i will pick that date that satisfies most people.

ok, well due to lack of intrest, i have decided that im not going to bother with organizing a meet. i will just go the the next houston meet. moderator, you can take this off of the sticky list.

 

I know this was intended for a large scale get together, but if anyone is interested in getting some people together locally, we could do that and keep it small for right now.

Also, is anyone going to be hitting the Hot Rod Power Tour when it comes through New Orleans?? I know some guys in Metarie who will be having a get together, I may make a run down there.
