Performance Stores in the Houston Area

I need to buy some parts for my 355 build and wanted to know if there are any good Performance Stores with decent prices in Houston?

Or should I just go with JEGS/Summit Racing/etc. online stores for better prices?

heh, thnx again!

Hey Mike,

I did a search for your cam on the Comp Cams website and it couldn't find it. What are the specs on it?
Now that you've got your car setup, if you could go back would you go with a bigger cam?

Any suggestions?
It will be a street/daily driver.

There's no way in hell I'd go with a bigger cam if I was to stay with a Long Tube runner TPI style intake! It's a pain in the butt to tune the PROM for this cam and it's about the biggest you'd want to go if you are staying LTR TPI.

Now if I had a Stealth ram or mini-ram, then yea I would go a little bit bigger.

Comp Cams - XR276HR-12 (I got mine from summit) 259.00, I think.

Specs with 1.5 rockers:

.503 / .510
224/230 @.50
112 LSA
108 ICA

What are you looking for?

I get a pretty generous discount for most parts, If you need the hook up.
