has anyone here hosted a car show before?

i have a few questions about some things. mostly about what sort of requirements by law (if any) there are. insurence and wavers and stuff like that.

It depends where you have the show. If it's on your property, then you have nothing to worry about. Just put a sign up (Enter at own risk).

thats what i figured. so if im having it on some one elses property (a VERY large parking lot) then i should just need their permission. which is going to be the hard thing.

Pretty much. Not to many business's want a bunch of hot-rods dripping oil on their parking lots and having the cars block or clogg up customer traffic to their stores.

However, some of the fast-food places welcome this. (It brings them alot of business, like on Saturday nights).

That would be your best bet.
