Bubble Flare tool needed in DFW area

Anyone know of a shop that can do bubble flaring. I just need one stupid bubble flare to get my car back on the road.

Also, the double flaring tool that Autozone rents out isnt working very well. It looks like the aluminum its made out of is too soft to grab the steel line. Whenever I start cranking on the **** the line just backs out of the holder instead of getting flared....I'm assuming the flare tools a shop would have would be stronger right?
