hey. My name is Rick. I found out about this site at a SCCA autoX in Houston this past weekend. I have a 91 RS that has some problems. I have an 84 Monte SS 305 with Edelbrock RPM intake/carb combo, not sure of cam. Has serp belt. Also has an Exxner turbo 350 non-lockup trans with manual/auto valve body. I will be looking to experienced people real soon with tech help. Anyway, hope to start talking to some of you real soon.

 

WElcome aboard. Your buddy started a similar thread--I'm sure U have read it?

Definately check out all the different tech boards--there is way more info there than U could everpossibly want or need. Using the "search" feature for whatever subject U need info for, has pulled my butt out of the fire on many occasions.

Although the South Central board is more for socalizing and non tech stuff, there are a number of very expeianced people tha frequent this board, but the real info is on the "tech boards"

Hope U can make some of our events, and hope to see U watching me running at the Auto-X very soon.
