SPRING FLING WEATHER REPORT!!!

Even though they are talking about rain Sat morning--actually I like the weather report!!!

They are saying it will blow through in the early morning hours, which once it does should make for a REALLY beautiful day. Should be cool/crisp both at the meet/BBQ as well as the strip later that night.

Regardless of how it looks--I will NOT call a rainout!!!

If U are one of the people who does not like to get out in the rain with your thirdgen (understandable for some of U), just wait until it blows thru the area and cruise on out--REGARDLESS OF WHAT TIME IT IS!!!

If for some strange reason it rains all day (which it will NOT), we will stick to the time frame already set out. If we have to, we will do the appearance awards voting at the drag strip, but I really think it is going to turn out to be a beautiful day!

The meet starts at noon at the park and goes til 5pm and then we will cruise the short 10 minute cruise to HMP right down the road.

Don't forget your cameras and whatever other "creature comforts" U want to bring.

There is a pretty good chance that i'll stop by for a bit, I may get a later start depending on the weather.

If it rains, wil it dry enough for the drag strip to open?

Yes--they are saying early morning--not mid day--even if it does, they will have the track dried and prepped in 60 to 90 minutes after it quits raining.

That's right! The good Lord protects animals, small children, the simple minded and thirdgenners! (maybe the last 2 are the same )
