i ran two consistent 10.7's with crappy 60 ft's and made it to the fastest 4 f bodies out there but was knocked out by a mustang i should have beat. good thing is that Ill try to post the video up of one of the passes I made. If I can get some suspension done and get my launch back down to a high 1.4's like it was before the 408 then i should be able to drop it another 3-5 tenths. anyway still had my best 1/8th mile of 6.85 @ 105 and that was with a 1.64 60 ft. I am gonna get subframes and get rid of my stock torque arm by the 29th. I met a few of the austin thirdgen guys out there and talked to another thirdgen guy too. daniel and I were eyeing this clean as hell blue Iroc out there. He was running mid 11's from what I saw but was clean as hell also. all in all it was a good day

Hey guys, I had obtained a DVD copy of some video that was taken at the shootout and finally had a little time to throw some compression at it. It was actually more of a PITA than I expected. I was going to edit it, get rid of some of the inbetween stuff, etc, but Premier just would not see more than the first 11 seconds no matter what I did.
So I said F-it and just compressed the whole thing. Its 320x240 res @ 512kb/sec MPEG4. You can view it in either Quicktime or WMP, your choice (you can even dump it into iTunes and play it on your ipod). I've zipped the file to keep people from streaming it off the web server, because no matter what I did, it just would not stream correctly.
So anyways, drum roll please....

Thanks again to Sabre from AFBforums.com for taping this and sending me the video.
