Spotted it this morning near the house. Owner wasn't home but left a flyer.

409-945-4646. Yeah, it's the same number as on the Gass Plumbing truck.
Looked pretty clean.
Also spotted a green bird up on jackstands, again, no owner home, but left a flyer.
