Since we just had a big 'get together' last month, I think the next one will probably be in the fall.
BTW, the dyno day two weeks ago wasn't too shabby either.
We will be having our smaller monthly meet in about 3 weeks at a local bbq joint if you are dieing to get your car on the road.

If U guys want to have one, somebody else needs to organize it.
I'm sure I will probably attend. Put me down as a definate maybe --that summer sun kicks my butt!!!
As for the monthly meets--they have kind of fallen on hard times--I have pulled out of organizing them, due to lack of attendance. (see the appropiate thread)

--watch the board to see if anybody steps up to the plate-- if they rematerialize!

So you got it all up and running, huh? Hows it running? Is it everything you hoped it would be?
the engine runs strong, and my car is pretty fast now. i really havent raced against anyone so i dont know how i stack up. the issue i have run into is it burns too much oil. im pretty sure its the rings, all of the symptoms point that direction. the machine shop that i used actually put the rings on the pistons for me, and i didnt know at the time that they have to be put on a certain way. i knew i had to line the gaps up opposite of each other (which i did). so it looks like ill be taking it back apart and re ringing it, unfortunatly.
i cant wait to get it all sorted out because i think i will notice a difference after i fix it!
