I'm posting this for the guy that bought and fixed up my old 1991 GTA (beautiful car now btw). His other son wants an IROC (guess I rubbed off on them a bit?), but they're having trouble finding one in the area.

Here's what he's wanting:
88-90 authentic IROC
Any TPI engine
Any transmission
Power Locks, Power Mirrors, A/C, radio
Condition: Good to Mint
Price Range: Under 6,000

He'd like a car similar to the 91 GTA he bought from me (which has the 5.7), so he's leaning to the 1990 IROC. Any of the above years will do though.

So - if you see one for sale, see an ad, know somebody, have one yourself, etc. - post here.

That posting is a guy I work with. He needs to get some pictures of it. It's not in great shape, but ok for a 18y.o. car. I'm not sure of the details, the trans is still in it, but doesn't work right.

i have an 87 iroc with the maf meter it has a rebuilt 350.it needs to be tuned due to larger cam.also needs carpet,headliner.car was sitting a while after rebuilt.4 wheel disc brakes a posi with 3.42 gears.body is straight with no rust.power windows,locks.I just dont have the funds or the time to finish.asking 1500.00.thanks johncall 8328919527 or email fastmalibu79@yahoo.com

Dark Blue IROC t-tops on Spring Cypress just west of Kuykehdahl at shop on south side of Spring Cypress. First Shop past Klein Church Road on left, he claims 400hp asking $6500. Car looks real straight and clean. I could look at tomorrow if you would like me too.

 

this is going to be a 16 year old's car - so make sure it doesn't have 400 hp Let me know what you see!
