Hey, I got a 2k rebate in the mail if you trade in your 99 or newer gm vehicle towards a 07 silverado. So just like any of that other crap I strolled to westside chevy just to kick tires and see prices. I had just purchased a 06 4.3 single cab in august but i had wanted the v-8 ls based truck and was even gonna convert my 4.3 soon with the ssr motor owen had bought me. So i get in there , haggle for a while , and to my surprise. I got the deal I wanted on a 07 single cab silverado with the 4.8 in it . It is ARD red with alot of cool options. And after taking it straight to owen we find out that the 07's started using all the ls2 stuff . I might have to put gas on it next week

Sounds cool man. You ARD guys and the nitrous kill me, has there ever been a car that has passed through those shop doors that doesnt have gas?

Cant use L92 heads on anything other than a 6.0 liter plus bore engine.

L92 intake is specific as well.

If i had all the pieces i would let you use mine to see what it can do at the track, but i have only plate kits for carbs.

As long as mine is my daily driver, it never will!

I truly think at one point, Owen was ready to do it at cost/no labor, but I think I finally got through to him my feelings about the above statement!
