Was this run hoodless? By clutch took a dump you mean what exactly? I hope you dont have to put the T56 in already. Nice job take that guy down man. Did he actually think he was going to take you?

Re: My 89 RS vs a 07 Charger W/boltons

Yea, i went to the meet without a hood, i said F it. The clutch stopped letting me go into gear, i had to limp it home. You gotta understand, i do the ol BS trick, tell them it is a 350, tell them they are stock heads, stock bottom end and play the 2.73 out to its fullest.

Re: My 89 RS vs a 07 Charger W/boltons

Well, supposedly this car with the mods he has will go 13.30s, maybe thats why he said to me about my car,"Thats a 12 second car..."

I was like,"....Maybe mid 13s....."

That's hilarious. I would have loved to been there and watched that. I bet the ego was bruised a bit on his way home!

Re: My 89 RS vs a 07 Charger W/boltons

Man, i need to go the cheapest route, i got a 4 inch cowl. Pisses me off because the L88 i want is like 160$ for shipping, the company i got the 4 in from only charged me 130$, so in the end total i am paying 345$. The L88 woulda cost me 450$. It btohers me badly due to the way my L88 set my car apart from the rest and now i will not have that feature.

Re: My 89 RS vs a 07 Charger W/boltons

Man, hoods are expensive when you factor shipping into this mix. My Harwood cowl was like $470 after shipping a couple years ago. I like your L88 for the same reason you did, not many people have it and it looked mean with the flat black.
