pic of distributor cap and wiring

Man i don't no how i F### this one up...something so simple,well i got my wire's crossed some how and was looking for a pic of the cap with the numbers on it... to see were i went wrong and .. Thanks Jeff

Well, with the rotor pointing around 4:30 and #1 at TDC compression stroke time the wires clock wise: 1,8,4,3,6,5,7,2 with #1 starting where the rotor is pointing. Hope that helps, my car would not help with a picture.
