DFW Dyno Event in Keller
My Buick club is again sponsoring a Dyno Event Sat. Nov 15th from 9am-5p at A&S Automotive. All cars are invited, be great to have a couple of 3rd gens out there as we have several '89 Turbo TA's in the club as well.
What: 4th Annual LSPBC Dyno Event
When: Saturday Nov. 15th 9am - 5pm
Where: A&S Automotive
3015 Keller-Hicks Rd. Keller, TX Shop# 817-431-3150
Any vehicle is welcome. LSPBC members are free. Non members are $30 for 3 pulls with A/F.
Time permitting you may get as many pulls as you desire, in the past this has not been a problem to get strapped on several times.
Food and drink will be provided for all who participate on the dyno that day, so come out and have lunch with us.
Thanks

What did the Turbo Trans Ams end up putting down? I always thought GM's 240 HP and 340 TQ official ratings seemed a bit ohhhhhhh under rated?

Re: DFW Dyno Event in Keller
Mine puts down 235rwhp/304rwtq with the max tq starting at 3750 and staying flat to 4250rpms and max hp starting at 3750 and staying flat to 4750rpms so it makes the power at fairly low rpms. Mine is completely stock except for the chip which actually has less timing than the stocker due to poorer gas these days and a little bit of wastegate dutycycle changes to allow for faster spoolup, all of which I programmed/burned myself.

Re: DFW Dyno Event in Keller
Interesting info. Thanks for the details. I've always wondered what the truth was behind the power ratings of the Turbo Trans Ams.
