Went by Otto's and all is back to normal. They only ask that if you are having a beer you have to cosume it on Otto's property only,inside ,patio,and sidewalk included. No strolling through the parking lot with your brew. They also now have a Ft.Bend Co. Sherrif patrolling the lot and he's a cool guy. So,it's back on and there was a good turnout.
