Got some info for me?

Looking to get a butt load of work done to my 88 Iroc. bought it for $3,400 out of Georgetown a few months ago. I am not a handy man and know little except basic car stuff. I am a computer nerd lol. But I am wanting to clean up my whole engine bay, stroke my 350 tpi to a 383 or even a 408. Want to polish the tpi set up and get some new parts rolling in. Want to have the car painted (has original paint but chipped and few places messed up). Lower it about 1 inch all around. About to get around 8-10k back in taxes and new home buyers rebate. If anyone can help me out or point me in a good direction for central texas work. Also looking for a few good junk yards to pull from as there is only one decent one near me and i've already stripped the cars there clean lol.

Thanks!

Re: Got some info for me?

I would usually never pay that much for one of these because of the condition, but you found a dime. Good looking car man. I did a 6.0 and 6 speed swap in my 89 RS and it is a blast, something to consider as the engines are cheap, keeping the EFI on them is not too bad and if you know wiring and PCMs, you can make it happen, mine is carbed for simplicity and maximum top end power.

Wish mine was as clean as yours, but then again i dont because people tend to dung my doors and what not.
