I'm trying to get some input and find anyone in the Alexandria, Lafayette, Lake Charles area. I'm not looking to get a club started or anything major right now, just trying to see if there is any local interest. I've seen some nice cars, but no one seems to be getting together.

Thanks man, I might try to make it down there sometime. I'm trying to get some local info, but I'm pretty sure it won't fly.
I've seen a few good looking f-body's around here, but there doesn't seem to be anyone getting together. Somewhere like Lafayette or Lake Charles would be drivable on a regular basis. Oh yeah, I wanted the second post deleted not the first.

 

I'm in Lafayette and wanted to go to the gathering in TX but I was in Florida at the time. I've never been able to make it out to the gathering in Kenner. It's still a nice drive from where I live. But, I'd be interested in anyplace within a 2 hours drive from where I live. I will make it out to Kenner one of these days, lol.

 

I see a few nice cars around here. I know there are more around lafayette and pretty much anywhere else. I figured we could get some people together. Nothing official unless someone else is interested in organizing it. Once we get something started it will spread. Doesn't have to be just third gens either. It's not really a question of why, just why not.

 

I'd personally love to just get together and meet some fellow car guys. I'm pretty sure two of my friends would be interested. One has an 84 Vette and the other, a 93 Z28.

There are some people around here I need to try to catch. I'm not really looking for just third gens or even f-bodies. I just see a lot of nice cars and figured we could round some people up to party or something.
