Here's a useful link, Georgia Dragstrips.

Atlanta Dragway is only about 50 miles out. They have bracket racing and test and tune nights.

I'm not from Georgia or I would be more help.

I'm fairly certain the only two full 1/4 mile strips in the state are Atlanta Dragway in Commerce and Silver Dollar in Reynolds. I've been to Atl Dragway but have not run there. I have run at Silver Dollar.

Hey guys, thanks for the replies. I think I'll make it up to Commerce about 1 week after I return. I guess those Year One Fast Friday's are for anybody? But imports after dark Apparently they have a 17 second category.

The only 1/4 that I know of in west TN is Memphis Motorsports Park.
