im planning on moving to fayetteville do they have emissions test we do hear in maryland my camaro is not on the road right now but its a 350 with a holley carb so i doubt ill pass the cat is also hollowed.

 

Well here in NC all cars older than '96 do not have to pass a sniffer test. So you don't have too worry about it actually running clean. The way I understand it is you have to have all the emissions equipment on the car that it originally came with. (So as long as it LOOKS like its there and working...) There also seems to be a wide variation in enforcement depending on were you take the car to be inspected
