I sold my Trans Am a long while ago because I had no choice but still have a love for them. Now that I am in a position to, I'm on the hunt for another one. Thought I'd post up and see if anyone was local to me, say hello.

I'm in the Raleigh area personally. I have to fix my profile, I made it last night so I'll fill in the blanks when I have a little more time.

I like the area, born and raised here. There's definitely not a shortage of third gens around. Will pass through Whiteville from time to time when I go the back way to the beach.

I didn't grow up in NC, but I've been here 7 years now and really like it. Finally bought a house since I knew I wasn't planning on moving back. I miss my family and friends but not where I lived.

Born and raised in Fayetteville.(30+ years) I don't go there if I can help it. Not much going on in Whiteville. I spent 6 years in Raleigh and I enjoyed it. Been in Wilmington full time 3 years plus visited most of my life and I like it here. Anywhere in the mountains around Asheville is nice too.

I'm in Rock Hill, SC, which is right over the border from Charlotte. Not really local to Raleigh but it's in the region haha.

Raleigh was pretty cool when I lived there. Been in the Jamestown/Greensboro area for over 8 years now.

I actually live just north of Spring Lake in a community called Johnsonville. I work for UPS in Fayetteville right on Black & Decker Rd for 21 years now.

Ok, great. Nice to meet someone from the area. I think I am a little familiar with that area, kind of between Fayetteville and Sanford?

Yes, think you're dead on. Was a small community where everyone knew everyone when I was growing up. Over the years it has begun to overflow with subdivisions. A Walmart is going up now!

Yes, I know what you mean, unfortunately they are going up everywhere. We have two super centers and they are building a neighborhood one all within 5 miles of my house. I actually only live about a mile or so from the UPS hub on Black & Decker road. Would be nice to meet up some time and see your Z. Mine is a little under the weather right now. I have a couple of vacuum leaks I need to sort out.

I think I am a little late on replying to the original question but I am in NC. I live in Morganton. Hey by the way can any of you other straight drive guys post some pictures of your pedals and which wires go where I could use a reference for hooking all my stuff back up. Thanks for any help.
