Some of you may know me however I bought my first third gen a 1989 Firebird that I picked up out of Christiansburg that I plan on restoring. It’s a super solid car and I’ve been enjoying driving it.
Very nice!!!! ....I'm right there with ya in High Point. Well Jamestown actually. We just borrow your police and utilities! We'll have to catch up sometime. I sold my red 89 iroc, and am currently working on LS swapping a medium gray metallic 88 Iroc.
Sweet! Details on the Iroc? Pics? Us locals should get together sometime! Feel free to PM, email, FB or IG anytime. ...and if you need any help or parts, feel free to ask!

1985 Iroc z, with some options, 3.42 open diff, tilt wheel, fogs, rear defogger, 4 speed auto, 305 tpi. However it's now a 1972 350 4bolt main, .30 over, mild cam, jegs intake, edelbrock carb, th350, emissions and ecm delete car. One repaint with new graphics. Finishing up the interior now. Used to be gray now all black. I'd like to get together also. I do need help with replacing the a/c on the car. I have most of the parts I think. Just need to get it all on,
Looks great! My AC is still all stock and original underhood, so while I'm no AC expert, we could always use that for reference. I'm going to be doing an LS swap "hopefully" later this summer, but the AC will be going back in. I pulled it out on the last Iroc and regretted it.
