Rear Axle

I just discovered a slight bend on the hub end of my 86 Camaro's axle. Its not bad enought to cause the break drum to rub the back plate or shoe's. Anyone know a good resource to get axle's repaired or get parts?

Thanks

I live south of Phoenix,Az

I got an axle for my brother's 86 Iroc at a local junkyard for 25 bucks. Just check all the local yards..

If you have a 9 bolt, I have some axles left from my last one. Let me know. Thomas

Thanks for the responces. I'll check out the Junk yards. I still have a stock 5 bolt and I'm not ready to replace the whole rear end.

Stock 5 lug axle. 10 bolt cover. Sorry about the confusion. Been a long time for me (70's) since I'v talked about high performance cars. Most of my vehicles are trucks and I'm used to talking about rear axles by the # of lugs used for the tires. 5, 8, 16 etc.
