is their any way around emissions or what can i put in my 2.8 and not get screwed for in emissions? i can always get it registered back in oklahoma with my step dad, but id rather not go through the hassle. im droppin in a 383 stroker in a few months so im just startin to get my crap together,thanx

 

dude.. if i got my 406 to pass and i didnt even have any emission stuff in the car, im sure the 2.8 will be fine... then again.. when i had my 89 corsica that had a 2.8, that thing wa a bitch and a half to get to pass. my suggestion is to check and make sure ur cat is good. BTW.. is ur car up and running?

 

I got my POS 350 to pass by changing the O2 sensor and the plugs. You can still smell it running rich, but it passed with flying colors. Hope this helps, because I dont know a thing about the 2.8.

 

my 2.8 will pass, but im gonna swap it over to a 383 stroker sometime soon, and i ehard they will check that ****, and if they will,ill jsut register it at my dads house in oklahoma. aziroc, my clutch messed up,my trannys out right now, u canc ome hlep me w/ it ,i dont mind at all,really,lol. i jsut ahfta replace my release bearing and slave cylnder n put it back in, later
