I was confused by the last couple posts, so I thought I would start a new one and clarify. (Hopefully I'm not mistaken!)
Where - Embassy Suites 4415 E. Paradise Village parkway South
When - 5-7 (start)
Who - Everyone!!!!
Why - Social interaction with your fellow 3rd genners. Or we could lay this all on zimmstoy's shoulders and say its to meet them!
Directions: Take the 101 or Squaw Peak SR-51 (Don't get me started on this name thing..) to Cactus. Paradise Valley Mall is located between Squaw Peak and the 101. PV Mall is on the north side of Cactus with some strip mall stuff on the south side. When you see the mall you're close, then ollow the map attached...
PM me before 3pm if you have something else or need my cel number.

You did fine! Don't sweat it.. You both should consider joining the power tour next year. I am planning to catch it from Dallas where it starts and it goes to Vegas.. I am sure it will stop near AZ.

I dunno yet.. I think like next May or June... That is what I have heard. Just need to keep an ear out. I will let you know when I find some solid details.

Hot Rod magazine does a "Power Tour" in the spring every year. They line up as many cars as possible and drive from town to town during the day. At night they have a designated stopping spot and usually a sponsor will take care of that evening's festivities.
The power tour is highly publicized by the magazine and there are usually some really bad-**** rides. That and the magazine uses the power tour to publically show all the project cars they've gotten done so far that year.
I'm sure you can find out more details at www.hotrod.com. THey have not announced the plans for next year, but have a lot of coverage from this last one.
