Cutouts

they sound pretty good eh? any suggestions on what kind i should get? i could make a pull cable for them, or should i just go with the lugnut ones?? or are the electric ones reallyt worth the money?? anyone want to do some welding for me?

you could make some pretty cheap.

I made mine from exhaust pipe stock, a header flange, and a piece of 10 gauge steel.

well if you have the tools to cut your own pipes you can have them welded up. otherwise you can buy them pretty cheap $28 from jegs or summit $25 spinoff lugs. electric cutouts are expensive but worth it, i guess. what do they cost like? $190 or $200 for a 3". when i get some time i'll be trying my hand at making some servo-assisted electric cutouts.

well i want to go with those $25 lugnuts ones, Lopers has them in stock for $20 so.. only thing is how much of a pain in the *** is it to get under the car and open them?

Its not hard at all to open it, I did it every morning before I left for school I had mine where my cat used to be so it allowed for easy access.
