Update:
I have the paperwork in hand for the reservation of Ramada "B." After reading this, I have come to the conclusion that I will have to be there by 1pm as I am the one with the proof this was paid for. The barricade that has our group name on it will read: "GGO" instead of TGO
I don't know why she did that cuz I repeated the group name several times. Oh well. Anyway, go to the entry station on Lake Pleasant Rd. Pay your $5 per vehicle fee and ask for directions to the ramada if your still not sure where it is. You can also call Camaropimps cell at 928-379-0094. Lastly, it seems most everyone wants to bring chips and soda. Thats fine, but we also need some other stuff too, like salads (macaroni and potato), cookies etc. Ask your wives or girlfriends about what to bring. They will know.
Don't forget the cameras and stuff to wash your windows and rims after making the trip over. They will be dirty. I should have most everything we will need for the track. If anyone has a cordless 1/2 inch impact it would be nice as SW doesnt supply electricity for tire changing etc. I will have tools, jack, ramps, light (you can bring your own too) slicks and a helmet. If you are racing it's 20 bucks. Spectators are 10 bucks. If your not gonna race but are coming to watch use the spectator entrance. We can all drive over after the BBQ together. WOOT!!!
