It's not just 3 or 4 peeps. It's more like at least 8-10 plus friends and family. I believe we are just going to meet there and drive over to the race track together. I have rented the space for 1pm to 7pm. Wanted to get there a little early. BBQ starts at 3pm.

Well I am working in Las Vegas my car is in Tucson and I have to work six days a week I only get Sundays off. If I cry in cam maybe get a Saturday off. But yea, the car that I am driving right now is my 87 iroc and it's an eye soar right now, needs paint job. I am going into the navy on august 29 so I am going to take the whole month of august off. I think we should all do it all over again. I will go for sure it we do. As long as it's somewhere between Las Vegas and Tucson I will be there!

I would be up for another in August as well but if you want to do another one in August you need to make araignments (Meaning get the ball rolling and start peaking the interest of people now) But regardless of the car you bring its just gonna be cool to have the Southwest board in one place hanging and chattin....

lets see june just started i would like to take my car to fireturd raceway any other low altitude racetrack other then the 3k ft at southweastern internation raceway and the 2k+ las vegas motor speedway so that leaves me with no other choice but phoenix.

Can one of you Phoenix homies hook a brotha up with a link to one or more of the websites too wich ever tracks you guys have in the phoenix area.

I will look up a "test n' tune" (or whatever name they have for it) and plan from there.

Sweet....you got a set of slicks and a helmet? If not your welcome to use ours. For the slicks, you must have posi traction and follow my rules on burnouts. Got me a new set of M/T ET drag radials...muhahaha

As far as I know you can run open headers etc...you can call and ask though. Here's their link. http://www.speedworldmotorplex.com/index.htm

Here's a list of do's and dont's for SW...you have to have long pants and no tank tops to race. Read everything carefully if you haven't raced before but plan to. Price went up this year to 20 bucks for car and driver. Still 10 bucks for spectators. It would be good for us all to pit near each other. I will try and have most everything we need for the pits. I am hopefully purchasing a cordless impact wrench for tire changing. There is no electricity for lights etc. Your more than welcome to borrow what you need from me.

5 bucks to get into the lake and money to get into the track if your going. As far as food goes, I am bringing hot dogs and burgers. If you want to bring your own food thats cool. Otherwise, soda, chips etc..
