Up For Sale I have my 1984 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am.
It's an exterior done Knight Rider replica.
Car has a 350 sbc with a new 262 mild comp cam, new edelbrock
performer manifold, new aluminum valve covers and a rebuilt Q jet carb.
I bought a set of new valve springs for it but haven't had the time
to install them. Also needs a set of new seals ($20/set at Autozone).
Automatic trans (700r4) still tears up the streets and shifts hard.
Rear end is a Eaton/Locker that came stock from factory with 3:73 gears
and is equipped with rear disc brakes as well. And a custom exhaust with
dynomax racing muffler.
Car passed emissions in Sept `06. but with the new laws, if you have
another car as a daily driver you wouldn't have to e-test the TA.
The exterior is done, although it could use some touch up on the paint.
Car has the correct turbo cast wheels with caps and the front bumper
with scanner light.
Interior is in good condition and will need to be finished up with the
after market Knight Rider parts. Also, the front PMD seats and door panels
will need to be recovered.
Extra's: Comes with a good spare tire & jack. Also has an Alpine deck.
Windows have been professionally tinted in 20% limo tint. I am throwing in
a gull wing steering wheel and a "count down" for the dash. Comes with
dash templates as well.

Sorry to jack the thread, but what new emissions laws? You only have to smog daily drivers now?
