Emissions Testing in Nevada

I have an 88 Jeep YJ which has a CA smog legal 1989 L98 swap. I registered it for the first time in Nevada in April 2007 and it passed its emissions test no problem. It is time to renew the registration and they want another smog test. Are yearly smog tests required to register every year in Nevada?

I'm in Clark County.
