I'm getting stationed in Yuma for the next three years but I am keeping the Ohio plates on my car, as I'm still maintaining residency there. Given my scenario, I'm correct in not having to get my car smog checked? We buckeyes dont trifle with these silly things.

 

Yuma doesn't get smog tested anyways. Only the two big metro areas Phoenix and Tucson.
