I am gearing up for a new project to offer repaired and re-manufactured 86-87 & 88-91 hatch pull-down units. In gathering rebuildable units for the project I have built up quite an inventory of good used parts (gear nuts and motor housings). For a limited time (until I run out of stock) I'm offering a good used gear nut FREE with every set of guides purchased. I'll also sell a good used motor housing for $7.50 if purchasd with a set of guides. So for $18.50 (retail price of the TDS 101170 replacement nylon guides) you'll have new guides and a good gear nut to fix your unit. Or for $26 you'll get all three of the parts that commonly break. The used parts will need to be cleaned with WD40 or equivalent to remove the old grease. But for someone on a budget this is the way to go.
