for cheap!

Need one for a motor build up..tried to talk dad into a 350 but he swears unless I want to go drag racing a built 305 will run just as good and with good gas milage... so we are looking for a block in good condition so we can work on building the motor without having to take the motor out of my car, cause with my current income($0) this could take a while!!!

Might be cheaper to get a block from kragen and just drop it in. I have an old 305 roller block in the back yard but it need machine work it got rained in and is rusting.

what I really need is a whole 305 motor...my dad changed his mind when he realized I cant pay for all new internals for it like we want, so to do this with the lest $$ possible we will take anyones old 305 motor...

Sorry Don but do you have a full 305 motor laying around by any chance?? cause now he has decided he wants a full motor not just a block...

I still have the heads, crank, pistons and rods. One of the pistons is toast.

 

My pistons aren't rusted and you are welcome to them.
