Well. I didn't get the motor in, but I'm now driving a 6 speed (after market model).
So that much is accomplished.
Everything fit pretty good except for the shifter. I had to rework the Hurst to make it fit ( from the T-5). The one that came with the trans hit the console.
Anybody need a good W/C T-5?

So when's the LS1 going in.
With all the 4th gen stuff on your car ...
Good to hear you got it in.
How is it compared to the T5 (shifting, power usage, etc ... )? Too bad I already have my T5, otherwise I would have gotten it.

Not Viper either.(after market) Yeah it is the good ratio.
It works super, little stiff yet but really nice.
6th gear the R's are at 1300 @ 50 mph. w/3.45's

Are you converting an auto to manual?
Just trying to figure out what all you need.

Its not HP that kills it, its torque. Supposedly it'll last forever if you dont race it. Mine lasted until I used ET Streets and was in the 12's. Your mileage will vary.
