I'm down for some good fun to see what other people have under their hoods. I want to see if anybody with a F-Body in our click get around me and stay in front. We shall see. It damn show won't be a 4 gen.:nono:

 

Can we change it to the 9th instead? That'll give us time to put my dad's engine in. Plus, the 9th is the NHRA Finals at Pomona, so Carlsbad will be empty.

From Huntington Beach, take any road North to the 91 Freeway, and head East. Exit at Lemon St and turn left. It'll be on the right hand side about a mile North of the 91 freeway.

Yah for Carlsbad everyone has to have a helmet. And dont wash your car, as the dirt entrance road isnt very forgiving. Snacks and drinks in a cooler are always helpful, along with a few tools.

 

Is that N/A or are you waiting for the UPS truck to deliver something?

Guys, be aware that rain is forcasted in that area for the 9th. This might be postponed due to weather, either way I won't be able to attend. Especially since I don't have a vehicle for the weekend.

I think the opposite is happening. Someone else with a sense of humor is scheduling rain for our event days. Same thing happens for NASCAR, CART, and now NHRA finals in Pomona.

whers the raceway from the sonics that we where suposta meet at, im going to go check it out but i have never been there and cence theres probably going to be only me at sonics i kinda need to know how to get to the raceway from there

 

im not sure where your coming from...but the race way..off the 5 south...

5 south to palomar airport road
go left (inland)

follow that raod till you come to business park way
(after the airport about a 3 miles inland or so)

go left on business park, make your second left
(the first is into a little shoppin center with gas and food, second left looks liek a dirt road with fencing around it)

People lien up across the intersection to your right to get in. Youll see them lined up the street if your thier early.

Carlsbad's entrance road is dirt about a mile long. If it rains at all in the days preceeding the weekend forget it, you can't get to the track.
