MMMMM dont get it?

Ok on the last run we had my car gave out. My rich-lean sensor said my car was lean and was overheating a little then it would not drive 5 feet, I finaly had some time to check my car out after all this rain and work and my car runs good . I check out the fuel and it's at 42 lb. I gave it a test run and no problems Now I'm afraid to drive it dont want to be on a long run and have it do the same thing again.
Anyone have any suggestions on what other parst I can check.

scan it and see what it says. could be a sensor failing slowly.

I mean scan like in checking out what the sensors are reporting back to the ECM. I've had a problem with a TPS and MAF that would be fine one minute and report bad things the next.
