who does it in so cal and whats the average price for say, a tpi plenum and slp runners, tb too.

 

Send your plenum and runners to Jason Aschle and have him polish them. He goes by RU-QWIK on this board and is very skilled at polishing. A few of the club members can attest to the quality of Jason's work.

 

already polished my plenum yesterday, just wonderign what the price of chromign it would be.

 

chroming of cast parts is not good unless you have the parts copper coated to fill the pits in the casting, then polished, then coated with copper, polished again, etc.

this place specializes in this type of work and will chrome cast parts well.

That company was recently featured on an episode of "Trucks" on TNN. They showed in detail their multi-step process. The finished parts looked awesome. Definitely the way to go.

I used them about 3 years ago to chrome my TRX250 a-arms, swing arm, pipe, etc and they do the best triple chrome I've ever seen. even the marginal stuff i sent them came back looking like a mirror. ain't the cheapest but if you want 1st in show, they'll make it look like it.

 

How much did that place cost you? Not sure which route I want to go yet with the super ram.
