Chris Foster now has to take responsibility for his work.
Today he received notice that he is a Licensed Professional Engineer (Civil) in California. #C66911.

Its funny how it is required to pass a test to become a practicing civil engineer, but they allow any knuckle head (like me) to be an aerospace engineer. Have fun on your next flight thinking of that!!

making the parts that knuckle head Railroad people design.
